Project Description

Southern Geotechnical Consultants, LLC (SGC) provided a pre-purchase evaluation of the existing 135,481 warehouse facility in the Perimeter Industrial Park West in Jacksonville, Florida. As part of this project, we conducted a visual walkover of the interior and exterior of the building in an effort to observe readily observable signs of distress. Areas of focus included the interior slab, walls, pavements, storm drainage system and grounds immediate to the building exterior.
