Project Description

Southern Geotechnical Consultants, LLC (SGC) provided geotechnical engineering services in association with initial development planning of Pattillo Industrial Real Estates’ Liberty Park West Tract in Jacksonville, Florida. As part of this project, we performed a geotechnical exploration of the partially developed 115-acre parcel. The services included soil test borings and applicable laboratory analysis to help assess the nature of the subsurface materials supporting the rough graded building pads and provide preliminary soil design parameter and site grading recommendations needed for further site planning and development.
