Project Description

Southern Geotechnical Consultants, LLC (SGC) provided environmental and geotechnical services in association with a proposed off-campus student housing development at Western Carolina University in Cullowee, North Carolina. As part of our services, a Phase I Environmental Assessment was performed on the 20-acre tract along with seismic refraction traverses to assess the potential for shallow bedrock in association with site development.
