Environmental Services

SGC conducts assessments and investigations ranging from ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to Phase II surface and/or subsurface investigations, to field mitigation verification services. Additionally, we provide a full range of assessment services for asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-containing paints (LCP) prior to building renovation or demolition as well as assessments for mold and radon. Beyond just the assessment phase, we can manage and direct a full range of abatement services as needed.
